Ohio Environmental Council Action Fund PAC endorses Rep. Allison Russo

Columbus, OH — Today, the Ohio Environmental Council (OEC) Action Fund PAC announced its endorsement of Rep. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) in the race for Ohio House District 24.

“We are proud to endorse Rep. Russo in her race for Ohio House District 24,” said Heather Taylor-Miesle, President of the OEC Action Fund. “In addition to her strong work advocating for Ohio’s clean energy future and vibrant public lands, Rep. Russo has been a champion for clean, safe drinking water. She has sponsored important legislation to establish state-level standards for PFAS contaminants and has introduced lead-free water legislation to better protect Ohioans, especially children, from the health risks of lead exposure.”

“Protecting our natural resources and environment has never been more important to Ohio's long-term health and economic security,” said Rep. Russo. “I am proud to be supported by the Ohio Environmental Council Action Fund PAC as we continue to fight for greater investment in renewable energy sources, conservation of public lands, and the reduction of harmful toxins in our air, water, and soil.”
